The Parties will also agree that any billing true-ups, reimbursements, or other accounting adjustments on past traffic shall be made uniformly and on the same date as for all traffic exchanged under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. By way of interpretation and without limiting the application of the foregoing, the Parties intend for retroactive compensation adjustments to apply to all traffic among AT&T CONNECTICUT, CLEC and CMRS carriers in Connecticut where traffic is exchanged as local calls within the meaning of this Attachment.
