TRAFFIC CONTROL AND BARRICADES. The Contractor shall mitigate impact on local traffic conditions to all extents possible. The Contractor is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate traffic control and barricades. The Contractor shall provide sufficient signing, flagging and barricading to ensure the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at all locations where work is being done under this Agreement.
