Traffic Management/Signage. The Contractor shall be responsible for controlling vehicular traffic within the Public Parking Premises. The Contractor shall monitor, on a regular basis, the accuracy of signage showing parking lot names and rates, and the availability of parking spaces in the lots. The Contractor shall advise the Authority of the availability of parking spaces on a recurring basis and immediately notify the Authority of any issues. All new or amended signage requires the Authority’s written approval prior to installation.
