Traffic Officers. (i) The regular working day for Traffic Officers shall not exceed seven (7) hours between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, broken only by one (1) hour allowed for the lunch period. The total amount of time worked after 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday shall not exceed ten (10) hours per week. (ii) Overtime rates will not apply except for shifts in excess of seven (7) hours or more than thirty-five (35) hours per week.
