Traffic routing principles. D.2.1 As a general principle, each Party shall be responsible for routing traffic in the most practical and efficient manner, having regard to the Network configuration and current Network conditions such as congestion and known faults. D.2.2 Each Party will make reasonable effort to ensure that all calls to the Network of the other Party are successfully routed, using overflows to alternative routing if necessary and possible.
