Exceptions to the above schedule involve any discipline issued for moving traffic violations of bus drivers; undue physical force or restraint used on or against students by any employee, and/or damage by bus drivers to vehicles in which the bus drivers is determined by legal authorities to be at fault, and which results in a license suspension. Disciplinary records involving these infractions will be removed from an employee’s record providing said employee demonstrates that they been able to correct their conduct and have remained discipline free (with no intervening disciplinary action occurring) from the date of the discipline to the conclusion of the following time period:
