(Continued) 11 In the event the fees adopted by COUNTY, CITY and other participating 12 jurisdictions are not adequate to continue operation of the Program at the 13 level at which it operated previously, COUNTY, at the option of CITY, will 14 reduce the level of Program service to be provided to CITY or will continue 15 to provide the existing level of Program services. COUNTY will charge CITY 16 the cost of any Program operations that exceed the revenue generated by 17 fees.
