Common use of Trained and Qualified Vendor Staff Clause in Contracts

Trained and Qualified Vendor Staff. Vendor warrants that all Vendor Staff shall be properly trained and qualified. Upon request, Vendor shall furnish a copy of all technical certifications or other proof of qualification. All Vendor Staff must comply with all reasonable administrative requirements of Citizens and with all controlling laws and regulations relevant to the Services.
