Training Assignment Pay Clause Samples

The Training Assignment Pay clause defines the compensation terms for employees or contractors assigned to participate in training activities. Training Assignment Pay. 1. Employees in the classification of Communications Coordinator I and II, Correctional Services Assistant, Correctional Services Technician and Radio Dispatcher shall be paid one (1) dollar per hour for all hours assigned to perform training functions. 2. Effective the first day of the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors’ adoption of this MOU, employees in the classification of Sheriff’s Community Services Officer shall be paid one (1) dollar for all hours assigned to train a new Community Services Officer.
Training Assignment Pay. Dispatchers who are routinely and consistently assigned to train newly hired Dispatchers are eligible for Training Assignment Pay. $100.00 per month, in addition to his/her base rate of pay, beginning with the first pay period following the training assignment. Training Assignment Pay shall terminate upon conclusion of the training assignment. Eligible Association members will only receive Training Assignment Pay for the duration of the training assignment.
Training Assignment Pay. If an employee is specifically assigned, by the department manager, to train another employee(s), the employee shall receive a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour, for all actual hours spent training. This Section shall not apply to foreperson, lead employees or crew chiefs.
