Training/Certification. If as a result of an audit regarding State Street’s training and/or certification requirements, it is determined that State Street’s training or qualifications are not in compliance with State Street known laws, State Street will as soon as reasonably practicable rectify such non-compliance at State Street’s cost and provide the affected BTC Recipients with reasonable evidence thereof.
Training/Certification. The sub-recipient must assure all enforcement personnel involved in approved overtime enforcement-related activities are certified in the following type(s) of training, as appropriate:

Impax covenants and warrants that the Sales Force members that have attended the Compliance Training shall certify at least once annually in writing that he or she shall comply with the PDMA and any other policies, procedures and Compliance Training provided by Impax or Shire. Training/Certification. Provide periodic technical training to keep Consultant’s staff up-to- date on the latest codes and building techniques. Provide to, and receive from, the Community Development Department’s staff appropriate training to coordinate the functions of the Department and the Consultant. Plan review and inspection staff shall have obtained and must maintain current ICC certifications. Consultant shall also employ sufficient number of certified CASP disabled access specialist pursuant to the requirements of S.B.1608.
