Common use of Training Documentation Retention Clause in Contracts

Training Documentation Retention. Contractor shall ensure that all personnel subject to training requirements have obtained all necessary education. At all times, Contractor shall retain copies of the current training documentation including but not limited to course completion certificates for all paramedics and EMTs performing services under this Agreement.
