Training for CISC-Dedicated Staff. 3.7.4.1 The CISC CONTRACTOR shall provide an annual staff training plan to HCA for review and prior written approval describing the training for CISC-dedicated staff administering the CISC program. The annual staff training plan shall include the following trainings and training topics: 3.7.4.1.1 Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment tool trainings. The CONTRACTOR shall have two (2) certified CANS trainers that are responsible for training Care Coordination staff and other relevant members of the organization, including but not limited to utilization management staff.
