Training for New Intermediate Supervisors. The initial year of service for all new intermediate supervisors properly assigned or appointed on or after February 1, 1986, shall be modified to provide for five additional unpaid days of training. If the Board requires attendance on any or all of these five days prior to commencement of service, attendance during those days will be credited toward satisfying this requirement.
