Common use of Training on the handling of confidential information Clause in Contracts

Training on the handling of confidential information. The University and the Agency shall jointly sponsor, arrange, and conduct training sessions for the Students and the Education Program faculty members involved in the Program and Fieldwork Experiences under this Agreement covering the applicable confidentiality requirements, including, without limitation: (a) the Applicable Laws relating to confidentiality requirements, and (b) applicable Agency and School policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines. Such training sessions will also include such training curriculum or requirements that may be mutually developed and approved by and between the Agency and the University.
