Training to DMC Subcontractors. i. The (a) Contractor shall ensure that all subcontractors receive provide training on the DMC-ODS requirements, requirements of Title 22 regulations and DMC requirements at least annuallyannually to all subcontracted providers. The Attendance of any subcontracted provider at the annual trainings offered by DHCS (specified in Section 4, paragraph (A)(3) of this contract) shall suffice to meet the requirements of this provision. Contractor shall report compliance with this section to DHCS annually as part of the DHCS County Monitoring monitoring process.
