Trainings. Employees will be paid their hourly rate for District-approved in-services, trainings, and workshops that have been pre-approved by their supervisor. 1. All postings of in-services, trainings, and workshops shall identify whether or not it will be a paid in-service/training/workshop and the number of hours to be paid. 2. Trainings to maintain proper certification/license shall be paid at the employee’s hourly rate.
