Transaction and Enforcement Costs. In the event that Payee shall, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default (and provided that Payee shall be permitted, at such time, to enforce its rights hereunder and retain payments received hereunder), turn this Note over to an attorney for collection, Maker shall further be obligated to Payee for Pxxxx’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred in connection with such collection as well as any other reasonable costs incurred by Payee in connection with the collection of all amounts due hereunder.
