TRANSACTION CHARGES. 4.1. Sellers are subjected to pay the relevant Transaction Charges to Lapasar for using the Website and its services and for each individual Transaction happening on the Website. 4.2. The Transaction Charges applicable currently shall be published here in Appendix 2 and shall be payable in the manner set out in Appendix 2. Transaction Charges may change from time to time and will be published before the changes are effective. 4.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Transaction Charges are not refundable in any event and under any circumstances whatsoever.
