Transaction Processing and Settlement. The Company transaction processing system shall enable the Plans to purchase, redeem and exchange shares of Funds available through Company. Company shall facilitate settlement with each Fund of Plan transactions in such Fund insofar as such transactions are transmitted by Company on behalf of the Plans.
