Our transaction records will be conclusive proof of use of the Card or an Electronic Banking Service and will be considered your written request to perform the transaction. Even though you may be provided with a transaction record, verification number, or interim statement, our verification and acceptance of all transactions will be considered correct and binding unless there is an obvious error. Transactions completed through an Electronic Banking Service may be credited or debited to the applicable Account by us on a date we determine. This date may be different than the date on which you used the Electronic Banking Service.
