AEON Credit shall be entitled to disclose to any merchant to whom the Card may be presented or any member institution of VISA Inc., the Cardholder’s Account number and any other information which may be necessary to facilitate the use of the Card or the processing of any transaction effected or to be effected through the use of the Card, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and other relevant personal data and privacy rules and regulations.
