Transactional Amounts. Every selection of, conversion from, conversion to or renewal of an interest rate option and every payment or prepayment of any Loans shall be in a principal amount such that after giving effect thereto the aggregate principal amount of the Base Rate Portion of the Revolving Credit Loans, or the aggregate principal amount of each Funding Segment of the CD Rate Portion or the Euro-Rate Portion of the Revolving Credit Loans, shall be at least $5,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
Transactional Amounts. Every selection of, conversion from, conversion to or renewal of an interest rate Option and every payment or prepayment of any Loans shall be in a principal amount such that after giving effect thereto the aggregate principal amount of (i) the Base Rate Portion shall be for not less than the lesser of $100,000 or the maximum amount available for Loans to which the Basic Rate option applies and (ii) each Funding Segment of the LIBOR Portion of the Loans shall be $250,000 or an integral multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.
Transactional Amounts. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, every selection of, and conversion from or to, an interest rate option, and every payment or prepayment of a Loan shall be in a principal amount of at least $100,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000.
