Transfer Agency and Dividend Disbursement. All costs of establishing, maintaining and servicing accounts of shareholders of the Funds, all fees and expenses of the Trust's transfer agent, sub-administrator, dividend disbursing agent and any other agents engaged by the Trust to service such accounts.
