TRANSFER AGENT FEE SCHEDULE. The transfer agent fees payable monthly under the Amended and Restated Transfer Agency and Services Agreement between each Fund and JHSS shall be determined based on the monthly cost to JHSS for providing the services described therein (“JHSS Cost”).
