Transfer Agent Fees and Costs. From the Closing Date until the expiration of the entire lock-up period provided in the lock-up agreements to be executed upon the Closing by each of the Company’s current stockholders as provided in Section 7.2(d) hereof, the Company agrees to pay, on a timely basis, all amounts invoiced to the Company by its transfer agent on a timely basis.
