Common use of Transfer Agents and Registrars Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agents and Registrars. The Board of Directors may appoint one or more transfer agents and one or more registrars with respect to the certificates representing shares of the corporation, and may require all such certificates to bear the signature of either or both. The Board of Directors may from time to time define the respective duties of such transfer agents and registrars.
