TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT, CHANGE OF NAME, OWNERSHIP OR ADDRESS. (i) General Sales Agent shall not assign, transfer, or delegate his right and obligations under this agreement to any company, organization or other person without the prior written consent of Principal.
