TRANSFER CLOSING CONDITIONS. All of the conditions set forth in Section 6.2 shall be conditions to the obligation of Purchaser and Merger Sub to effect the Merger, with any such conditions that are to be fulfilled at or prior to the Transfer Closing Date being required to be fulfilled as of the Effective Time.
