Transfer Eligibility. Any active status employee who has passed his or her probation period may apply for a transfer within their classification.
Transfer Eligibility. An employee shall not be eligible to transfer or promote more than twice in one year.
Transfer Eligibility. Transfers from one position to another or from one department to another within this bargaining unit shall be done by mutual agreement until the employee has been in his/her present position at least six (6) months (1,040 hours). Thereafter, employee requests for transfer to job openings in other departments within this bargaining unit will be given fair and reasonable consideration based upon overall practicability, seniority, availability and the ability to do the work in the department to which transfer is requested. Once selected, the employee will be placed in the new position within thirty (30) days.

Transfer Eligibility. In order to be eligible for a transfer to another county/operation an employee shall:
1. Possess, or obtain on their own, any necessary certifications as required by the county/operation to which the employee wishes to transfer;
2. Have no pending investigations into any operational or medical performance issues or have any current certification/accreditation actions or be on probation by the Employer, county or state;
3. Not be on a medical quality improvement, operational improvement program, individual field instruction plan or other similar improvement programs;
Transfer Eligibility. All permanent teachers, including those on leave of absence, are eligible to apply for transfers during the month of March. Provisional teachers with a letter of reasonable assurance shall be eligible to apply for transfers to their own positions under the transfer process. However, any permanent teacher who seeks a position to which a provisional teacher has applied under this section will be granted an interview by the School Site Council Personnel Subcommittee. Teachers may be considered for transfer in any subject area in which they recertify under the 1993 Massachusetts Educational Reform Act, even if they do not hold an active Boston program area; however, a school’s Personnel Subcommittee shall not be required to select any such individual. Any teacher who has received two interim overall unsatisfactory evaluations between September and February of that year may be rejected for transfer by the School Site Council Personnel Subcommittee. Bilingual school psychologists shall be able to move to a monolingual school psychologist vacancy with notice to the administrator by February 1.
Transfer Eligibility. 1. SLCC students who intend to transfer to UL Lafayette to pursue the Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering Degree Program shall sign the Intent to Transfer form. The Intent to Transfer form must be signed by the SLCC Advisor to be considered valid. The Intent to Transfer form will be accessible on SLCC and UL Lafayette's webpages.

In order to transfer into UL Lafayette's Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer, Mechanical or, Petroleum Engineering Degree Program, all UL Lafayette-mandated admission requirements for transfer students must be met by SLCC students and students completing courses in Appendices A, B, C, D, or E. UL Lafayette admission requirements include:
i. An earned Associate of General Studies Pre-Engineering, or
ii. An overall grade point average of2.25 or higher (excluding developmental/remedial courses).
Transfer Eligibility. 9.1 To be eligible for a transfer to another SSC service, the placement with the FDC Educator needs to be greater than 6 months.
9.2 Children’s Services will assess transfer applications by date of application and eligibility.

4. Not have received any written warnings (or greater disciplinary actions) within the last six (6) months as measured from the date of the disciplinary action (employees cannot transfer to avoid discipline);
5. Not have transferred between county/operation within the preceding six (6) months;
6. Be approved for transfer by the General Manager of Operations of the employee’s current county/operation and of the county/operation to which the employee wishes to transfer;
7. Maintain all eligibility standards from time of application through actual transfer date;
8. Complete a transfer form supplied by the Employer and submit to the current General Manager of Operations or designee for approval;
9. The receiving General Manager or designee may contact the employee requesting a transfer and interview such employee prior to approving the transfer request;
10. Any denial of a Transfer Request shall be made in writing and will include the reasons for such denial.
Transfer Eligibility. It is understood that no transfer opportunities exist within the retraining area until the retraining plan is complete.
