Common use of Transfer Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Transfer Fees and Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in Section 10.2 and Section 10.3, the Transferor and Transferee of any Units or other Equity Securities will be jointly and severally obligated to reimburse the Company for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) of any Transfer or proposed Transfer, whether or not consummated.
