Common use of Transfer From One Location to Another Clause in Contracts

Transfer From One Location to Another. An individual who has accumulated seniority under the provisions of this Article 14 when transferred from one Primary Location (or Remote Location thereof) to another Primary Location (or Remote Location thereof) shall retain such seniority.

Transfer From One Location to Another. 36 An individual who has accumulated seniority under the provisions of this 37 Article 14 when transferred from one Primary Location (or Remote 38 Location thereof) to another Primary Location (or Remote Location thereof) 39 shall retain such seniority.
