Transfer Information Notice. 23.7.1 Upon service of the Termination Notice, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter on the "DEVELOPER", the "OWNERS" shall be entitled to serve upon the "DEVELOPER", a Transfer Information Notice calling upon the "DEVELOPER" to provide the following; a) all or any data or records regarding the construction, operation and / or maintenance of the Project; b) statement of movable & immovable project assets; c) any other information or records regarding the "DEVELOPER", its business, assets and liabilities.
