Transfer of Accumulated Sick Leave of Teachers Coming Directly from Another California School District. The Evergreen School District shall, with teacher authorization, request in writing from the prior California public school district of employment the amount of accumulated sick leave and request that it be transferred to the Evergreen School District. The District shall provide a form for this purpose in the payroll packet.
