Common use of Transfer of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Agreement. If you are the owner, the Agreement may be transferred upon the sale of the Premises by: (a) you and a new owner signing a Cooling Services transfer certificate in the form available on our website; and (b) our signing of the Cooling Services transfer certificate, which is conditional on our approval of the new owner and the payment of all outstanding amountsdue.
