Common use of Transfer of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Aircraft. In the event Client sells or transfers the Aircraft to another owner during the term of this Agreement, Client may transfer the remaining duration of this Agreement to the new owner subject to the Agreement’s terms and limitations. Such transfer will take effect once the new owner completes and executes a successor Agreement with Savvy.
