Silent Transfer of Control. Transfer of radar control from one elementary sector to another without the systematic use of bidirectional speech facilities may be affected provided the horizontal distance between the aircraft involved is not less than 10 NM within 5 minutes flying time after passing the transfer of control point unless vertical separation exists.

  • Transfer of Control E.1.1 Transfer of control shall take place at the AoR boundary, unless otherwise specified in paragraph E.3.

  • Permanent Transfer a) Should an employee in one Skilled Trade, possessing Journeyperson qualifications in another Skilled Trade, as listed in Skilled Trades Flowchart be granted a transfer from his/her present Skilled Trade into such other Skilled Trade job vacancy, he/she shall retain seniority in his/her former Skilled Trade for thirty (30) calendar days, at which time he/she will forfeit his/her seniority rights in the former Skilled Trade and establish seniority as per Article 6(a) in such other Skilled Trade.

  • FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS 1. If the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember commits or attempts to commit any fraudulent transaction of any nature, as determined by AEME, or by applicable laws, AEME has the right to immediately cancel the Card in addition to any other legal action available by law. The Cardmember shall be fully liable for all amounts and damages of any nature that AEME, Service Establishments or third parties may sustain because of his or her fraudulent acts. AEME shall have the right to and is hereby authorized to file complaints and reports on behalf of the Cardmember and to provide information about the Card, Account or Transactions to any competent court, or regulatory or government authority and to participate in any investigation of fraud.
