Transfer of Apartment. If the Authority determines that the size of the dwelling unit is no longer appropriate to the Resident’s needs, the Management may amend this lease by written notice to the Resident that the Resident will be required to move to another unit of the Authority which is of correct occupancy standards. Upon availability of appropriate unit size, Resident must move to appropriate unit offered or face possible termination of Lease.
