TRANSFER OF COMMON AREAS. 4.1 The Tenant and Landlord agree to join in, at any time (after the Full Occupancy Date) at the Tenant's request, a transfer of the whole or any part of the Common Areas to the Management Company and to surrender the Tenant's interest in the land transferred.
