TRANSFER OF COMMON AREAS. 4.1 The Tenant and Landlord agree to join in, at any time (after the Full Occupancy Date) at the Tenant's request, a transfer of the whole or any part of the Common Areas to the Management Company and to surrender the Tenant's interest in the land transferred. 4.2 The transfer shall be in such form as the Landlord shall reasonably require.
