Transfer of Configuration Management Database. 6.1 6 (six) months prior to expiry or within 2 (two) week of notice of termination of this Agreement Service Provider shall deliver to the Bank a full, accurate and up to date cut of content from the Configuration Management Database (or equivalent) used to store details of Configurable Items and Configuration Management data for all products used to support delivery of the Services.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.
