TRANSFER OF CUSTOMER. 10.1. If the transfer of a Customer is not successful, the transferring Retailer shall notify the Customer in writing within 2 business days from the date it receives notification from the applicable Market Support Services Licensee that the transfer is not successful. Such notification by the Retailer shall include an indication of the next possible Supply Effective Date.
