Common use of Transfer of Enrolled Property Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Enrolled Property. If the Participant transfers its property interest in an Enrolled Property, it shall notify WAFWA as described in Section XXV (Succession and Transfer) of the CCAA. Coverage under the Permit for such property will be transferred to the new Property Owner as described in Section XXV (Succession and Transfer) of the CCAA attached as Exhibit 5.
