Transfer of Option. Other than as expressly permitted by the provisions of Section 7.1(f) of the Plan, the Option may not be transferred except by will or the laws of descent and distribution and, during the lifetime of the Optionee, may be exercised only by the Optionee.

Transfer of Option. Prior to your death, only you may exercise this Option. You cannot transfer, assign, alienate, pledge, attach, sell, or encumber this Option. If you attempt to do any of these things, this Option will immediately become invalid. You may, however, dispose of this Option in your will or it may be transferred by the laws of descent and distribution. Regardless of any marital property settlement agreement, the Company is not obligated to honor a notice of exercise from your spouse, nor is the Company obligated to recognize your spouse’s interest in your Option in any other way.

Transfer of Option. The Option may not be transferred, in whole or in ------------------ part. In the event of the death or final determination of legal incapacity of the Holder during such time as the Holder shall possess the Option granted hereunder, the personal representative of the Holder may, for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of death or final determination of legal incapacity, exercise the Option to the extent that the Holder was entitled to exercise the Option on such date. Any person so desiring to exercise the Option shall be required, as condition to the exercise of the Option, to furnish to the Company such documentation as the company shall deem necessary to evident the authority of such person to exercise the Option on behalf of the Holder.
