Transfer of Goods In-Bond. I. If Xxxxxx removes Goods from the warehouse without providing Warehouseman with proper bond transfer information, Warehouseman shall prepare Federal and State excise tax reports and make payment of such taxes on Xxxxxx’x behalf with Warehouseman’s funds. Warehouseman will issue Xxxxxx invoices for such taxes at the end of each taxable period. Xxxxxx shall remit tax payments to Warehouseman by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure by Xxxxxx to remit tax payments by the due date may result in penalties and additional costs to be paid by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx further agrees that any occurrence of late payment of excise taxes may result in the loss of the in-bond privileges requiring all Goods to be received tax paid. A penalty will be assessed at ten percent (10%) of tax invoice total if tax invoices are not paid by due date.

  • Sale of Goods The Hirer shall, if selling goods on the premises, comply with Fair Trading Laws and any code of practice used in connection with such sales. In particular, the Hirer shall ensure that the total prices of all goods and services are prominently displayed, as shall be the organiser’s name and address and that any discounts offered are based only on Manufacturers’ Recommended Retail Prices.

  • No Transfer of License This license is personal to you and may not be sublicensed, assigned, or transferred by you to any other person without publisher's written permission.

  • PURCHASE OF GOODS To the extent that the Contract involves any purchase of the Goods, whether in whole or in part, and unless specifically stated otherwise in the Contract, the following conditions shall apply to such purchases under the Contract:

  • Release of Goods 1. Each Party shall adopt or maintain simplified customs procedures for the efficient release of goods in order to facilitate trade between the Parties.

  • Transfer of Credits A. The receiving institution will accept 60 credits from the sending program. A total of 62 credits remain to complete the receiving program.

  • Transfer of the Property or a Beneficial Interest in Borrower For purposes of this Section 19 only, “Interest in the Property” means any legal or beneficial interest in the Property, including, but not limited to, those beneficial interests transferred in a bond for deed, contract for deed, installment sales contract, or escrow agreement, the intent of which is the transfer of title by Borrower to a purchaser at a future date. If all or any part of the Property or any Interest in the Property is sold or transferred (or if Borrower is not a natural person and a beneficial interest in Borrower is sold or transferred) without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent, Lender may require immediate payment in full of all sums secured by this Security Instrument. However, Lender will not exercise this option if such exercise is prohibited by Applicable Law. If Lender exercises this option, Lender will give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notice will provide a period of not less than 30 days from the date the notice is given in accordance with Section 16 within which Borrower must pay all sums secured by this Security Instrument. If Xxxxxxxx fails to pay these sums prior to, or upon, the expiration of this period, Lender may invoke any remedies permitted by this Security Instrument without further notice or demand on Borrower and will be entitled to collect all expenses incurred in pursuing such remedies, including, but not limited to: (a) reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs; (b) property inspection and valuation fees; and (c) other fees incurred to protect Xxxxxx’s Interest in the Property and/or rights under this Security Instrument.

  • Transfer of Credit A minimum of 64 credit hours must be completed at four-­‐year institutions with completion of the final 30 hours of credit at Avila. Transfer students with an Associate of Arts -­‐ Graphic Arts from MCC will have junior standing at Avila.

  • Classification of Goods The classification of goods in trade between the Parties shall be in conformity with the Harmonized System.

  • Description of Goods; Sale and Delivery Seller shall sell, transfer, and deliver to Buyer the goods described on the Description/Proposal attached hereto and made a part of as Exhibit "A" subject to such terms as are set forth in the Description/Proposal and in this Agreement.

  • REJECTION OF GOODS Notwithstanding any other rights of, or remedies available to UNDP under the Contract, in case any of the Goods are defective or otherwise do not conform to the specifications or other requirements of the Contract, UNDP, at its sole option, may reject or refuse to accept the Goods, and within thirty (30) days following receipt of notice from UNDP of such rejection or refusal to accept the Goods, the Contractor shall, in sole option of UNDP:
