Common use of TRANSFER OF LESSOR'S INTEREST Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF LESSOR'S INTEREST. In the event that Lessor sells, assigns or otherwise transfers its interest in the Community or manufactured home, this Agreement shall be binding on the purchaser, assignee or transferee. Lessor shall be automatically relieved of any obligations or liability hereunder as of the date of such sale, assignment, or transfer, provided that the obligations and liability hereunder are assumed in writing by said purchaser, assignee or transferee. All new residents must be complete on application approval process and have written approval prior to move in.
