TRANSFER OF LOCATION. The Company shall have rights to change / transfer location of the Equipment Vehicle between work fronts as per the requirements requirement of the project site or as and when required. If the location of the Vehicle is changed beyond the permit limits / plying limits it shall be the responsibility of the Agency to ensure such taxes are paid and the permits obtained.
