Common use of Transfer of Material, Machinery, or Heavy Equipment Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Material, Machinery, or Heavy Equipment. The Tenant may not move any equipment, goods or heavy machinery in and outside the building without the suitable means to avoid damaging the constructions located in the Premises, and it must be done in coordination with the Landlord as established in the Condominium Bylaws. Landlord shall not unreasonably delay or deny such movements required by Tenant. Any damage resulting from the movement of the goods mentioned in this clause must be repaired by the Tenant pursuant to the terms established in clauses 3.03 of the present Agreement.
