Transfer of Membership. Applicant’s membership and this Agreement are personal to Applicant and are not transferable without the prior written consent of VDES Alliance. A membership may be transferred in accordance with the procedures set forth in the VDES Alliance Bylaws and upon approval by the Board of Directors.
