Common use of TRANSFER OF METASTOCK Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF METASTOCK. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, upon Completion (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter), the Vendors shall make effective transfer to the Purchaser all its Intellectual Property Rights of the Chinese translation of the software "Metastock" and its distribution right in the PRC. Consideration for the Metastock Project has been included in the total number of Consideration Shares to be issued by the Purchaser to the Vendors on Completion.
