Transfer of ownership; Warranties. When relevant, the Parties shall agree on the timing and modality of the ownership transfer of any goods (including equipment, materials and supplies) and any manufactures’ warranties as applicable. Any equipment made available to the UN Partner by the Government during this Agreement shall remain the property of the Government.
