The Government. The Ministry of Forestry regulates the TLAS and authorises the accredited LPs to undertake SFM assessment and LVs to undertake legality verification and to issue V-Legal Documents. (i) represents and warrants that, on the Effective Date, there are no national parks, nature reserves or other protected areas located in whole or in part within the Contract Area where the CONTRACTOR shall not be entitled to carry out Petroleum Operations and (ii) covenants that during the term of this Contract will not designate or create or permit the creation of any national parks, nature reserves or other protected areas, located in whole or in part within the Contract Area.
